Deliveries: :

• For delivery, the schedule is Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Deliveries will not be made on holidays, neither Saturdays nor Sundays.

• Delivery orders for parcels in Santo Domingo will be delivered within 1 business days; other cities in the country delivery time will be from 2 to 5 working days after your order is placed.

• We will notify you upon arrival at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be made, you can contact us via whatsapp (829) 722-1275 to reschedule. If within 3 days the order has not been reclaimed after the creation of the order we will proceed to make an automatic refund to the credit/debit card paid and for the amount of the order, which must be take 5 – 7 business days or depends of your bank policy.

• At the time of receiving the order, you must identify yourself and sign in the delivered order. In the event that it is not you (the same customer) who receives the product, you must authorize a third party to receive it by previously indicating on the web page the name and ID number of this person. Whether you, or the authorized third party who receives, the Receipt Conduct must be signed as a sign of acceptance.

• It is your responsibility as a customer the accuracy of your data and address data entered; This is to make a correct and timely delivery of orders.
