REFUND POLICY
• Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we do not accept changes or cancellations at the time after the products leave our warehouse, but for any assistance do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
• Defective items reported within the first 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted for exchange or return. We, GIRLEE, will bear the cost of shipping them.
• You must contact us through our email girlee.dr@gmail.com or by calling (xxx) xxx-xxxx providing the product data, as well as the defect or error of such and a photo.
• The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 working days of the return. The replacement of the article will be carried out, depending on the geographical location, within a period not exceeding 10 working days, as long as the article is available.
